Slows the trolls down, by cutting their speed setting in half.

Did you notice how fast trolls are moving when you encounter one? Like they just drank 8 bottles of skooma?
Good luck running away from one if you're low on health.
Trolls seem to move at an unrealistic speed, and this simple mod cuts their speed in half, making them move at a more reasonable speed.
Their default speed setting is 60.
This mod makes it 30, giving you a fighting chance to get away from trolls if necessary.
Animals will also have a better chance to escape if attacked by them.
A 2nd optional file will also give them more health. 80 instead of the default 36.
The 3rd optional file only increases their health to 80, but leaves their speed at default.
A 4th option puts trolls on skooma, and actually doubles their speed, damage, and health.
Use one or the other according to your needs, and enjoy trolls not moving like they are on roller skates. :)
Installation instructions:
Put the plugin in the following folder.
OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data
Add the line Slow Down Troll.esp to your Plugins.txt file
Or the line Slow Down Troll - More Health.esp if you use the optional version
Or the line Trolls - More Health Only.esp if you use the health only version.
