just drop the OblivionRemastered folder in the root folder of the game, if no overwrite message appears, then you did it wrong
I tried to change the music too, there's even a mp3 file with it in \OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data\Music\Special
but changing it didn't do a thing.
