Turns out texture swaps are pretty easy. Does not change the "inside" of the poster as I cant find that asset
To install: Place the files in ...\Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Paks\~mods If you don't have a ~mods folder, make one.
There is no plugin.
