At ArchCabbage's suggestion... this is somewhat of a port of his Falmers Are Gollum Skyrim SE mod. Oblivion creature sounds are not nearly as extensive as Skyrim's are, so not every sound could be ported, but I tried to pick the best most lore friendly audio from his mod.

To Manually install: extract the file from the archive to Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content
Mod Manager Install: Click Download with Manager button, open your mod manager, and install normally.
