With the Remaster all the small DLC starts got delayed to introduce them in a little bit of a more immersive way. Except Knights of the Nine story expansion. It kicks in as soon as the player steps out of the sewers. Meaning that Anvil chapel will immediately get destroyed and all priests and priestesses of the chapel immediately killed (Dumania Jirich, Trevaia, Laralthir). This mod delays the triggering of the DLC until player reaches level 10 or 20 (depending on the version you choose), giving you the ability to visit Anvil chapel in an intact state and talk with all the NPCs, who each have unique dialogue, which is otherwise inaccessible.
For obvious reasons if in your current playthrough chapel is already destroyed, the mod won't reverse that. So this is only viable when starting a new game (in vanilla the DLC is set in motion as soon as player enters Imperial dungeon sewers using Baurus' key).
Installation
Download the archive.
Copy downloaded .esp file to OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data folder.
Add the name of the .esp file (including the .esp extension) to the plugins.txt file located in the same Data folder.
Regular and UORP versions available. Use only one.
Uninstallation
Reverse the installation steps.
This mod is safe to uninstall at any point.
