About this mod
Modifies game settings to allow spawning for weaker items and enemies which normally wouldn't be seen after the player's level rises too high. Does not negatively impact quest item or artifact rewards.

Edits the game settings iLevItemLevelDifferenceMax and iLevCreaLevelDifferenceMax to allow lower-tier items and enemies to continue spawning even as the player's level increases.
Normally, the game prevents significantly lower level items and enemies from spawning in an attempt to scale with the player's increasing levels. However, this can lead to the player rarely or even never encountering lower-tier items and enemies again. By changing the game settings, the player is no longer arbitrarily locked from encountering the lower level items and enemies.

Installation
Place the files AllowWeakerItems.ini and AllowWeakerEnemies.ini in the folder Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Win64\OBSE\Plugins\GameSettings
If you haven't used powerofthree's Game Settings Loader before, you might need to create the GameSettings folder.
Uninstall
Remove the files AllowWeakerItems.ini and AllowWeakerEnemies.ini from the folder Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Win64\OBSE\Plugins\GameSettings
