Version 1.0.0
Initial release
In vanilla Oblivion, even if your Strength is 150, the game calculates your hand-to-hand damage as if your Strength was only 100. This mod changes that, allowing your unarmed damage to properly scale with your actual Strength, no matter how high it goes. (From my testing, Strength can only go up to 232).
This isn't a game breaking increase.
For some quick mod testing, I chose a random NPC. At 100 Hand to Hand 100 Strength, I did 32.43 damage with a power attack. At 100 Hand to Hand 232 Strength, I did 42.3 damage with a power attack.
I'm not sure why it was capped in the first place.
Place the OblivionRemastered folder from the 7z into the root OblivionRemastered folder where OblivionRemastered.exe (Usually steamapps/common/OblivionRemastered/) Run the game with obse64_loader.exe.
