In order to remove the [Nl.] tag you will need this mod
This is a small mod that adds in a ring that fortifies your skills with 100 sneak, and security. It also gives 100 chameleon making you completely invisible, as well as detect life for 25 ft.
The ring is set to spawn in a barrel outside of Red Diamond Jewelry in the Imperial City Market District. If the item doesn't show up immediately you may need to simply clear the barrel and allow it to re-spawn. See below for detailed instructions.
To get the barrel to re-spawn you need to leave the cell and wait outside it for 72 hours total, if you re-enter the cell before the 72 hours are up the timer gets reset. What I did was just traveled to Anvil and slept in the inn for 3 days straight, then when I went back to the Imperial City Market District the ring was in the barrel.
You can also open the console with the ~ key and use the command player.additem xx000800 1 (where xx is the load order of the mod)
