for those that know what theyre doing, a quick ref:

• Filtered Dialogue > YsabelAndronicus > ArenaICRaiment1 and ArenaICRaiment2 topics (Grand Champion winnings)
• Filtered Dialogue > Owyn > GREETING topic > ArenaDialogue options (all other rank winnings)
  

• i copied this tutorial by LordOfAshes0192 on the Nexus forums to install the construction set (TESCS). in case the link goes dead for whatever reason, i've copied the steps below (like, below below). everyone say thank you LordOfAshes0192...thank you LordOfAshes0192.
• open CS and File > Save, then name and save your .esp inside the "Data" folder you created as part of the install.
• after saving, click File > Data..., double click Obsidian.esp to select it as a dependency. make sure your mod is also selected, then with the selection highlited on your mod, click the "Set as Active File" button and make sure the status says "Active File" on your mod. press OK
• at the top of the CS window there will be a row of buttons, click the chat bubble looking one (Filtered Dialogue) it may take a second to load
• in the "Filter" dropdown, select "Owyn" or "YsabelAndronicus" from the list. for each NPC, there will be a section that will have dialogue options for the rewards. these dialogues have a section called "Result Script", this sometimes has script in it that will be run when the dialogue triggers. the text area for this is very smol and annoying, like me. so you might have to scroll around a bit or copy/cut all of the text, then paste it back in when you're done changing it. im a masochist so i just scrolled around a bunch for each change
  

• download construction set v1.2 from the construction set wiki
• this step will error when running exe, keep reading my adhd friend. copy the installer to \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData and run it, it will error
• press OK on the error, during the next installer screen(s) it will ask you for an installation directory, choose \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvDatayou can choose to add a desktop shortcut, might as well. you keep your desktop clean otherwise, right? you're not a dirty desktop kind of person...right?
• navigate to \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered and make an empty folder called "Data" in here
• when you save ESP files from TESCS, save them to that new Data folder. for whatever reason, they wont actually save here, they are saved to \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Dataconfused? me too. its ok, just pretend its normal
• run TESConstructionSet.exe
• save save save. TESCS loves to lock up and crash
