Restore Skill Progress After Character Reset (skilllevel.txt)
Use this if your save is corrupted, you’re starting over, or using RaceMenu and want to keep your skill levels.
Instructions:
- Write down your skill levels before restarting.
- After the tutorial/sewer, check your new skill levels.
- Subtract the new levels from the original. Example: Blade was 55, now 30 → 55 - 30 = 25 - So you would place 25 into blade below instead of 1.
- Replace the numbers below with the difference for each skill.
- Save the code below in a new txt file as skilllevel.txt and place it here:
Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Binaries - In-game, open the console and type: exec skilllevel.txt
- Sleep to restore your level and stat points.
- To become a vampire again, type: coc testvampireinterior and talking to the two statues.
