      For mods and sites update my notifs work. For you stopped working. I tried to untrack and then track again but...
      Maybe I should clean cookies on my browser.

      Yea maybe clear the cache will work .)

      On a side note, all of a sudden today my ice on the river at windhelm docks has a sky blue colour tint on the surface
      I haven't installed any landscape / environment  / weather mods for etc for the past few months but today that blue tint appeared
      Do you know of this ??

      Maybe some shader mod, like ELFX. It happened to me in the past. Or the parallax effect if you are using.

      Hmm, well as I said I haven't changed anything for the past few months and I don't use any lighting mods etc
      The only mods I install are armour / clothing etc, I've been using the same parallax mods for a long time now
      It wont have anything to do with SKSE will it?

      SKSE I don't think so, maybe some ini changes. Unless in the last Skyrim updates they changed something.

      I've never updated my game, I still use 1.5.97

      But I did try to update SKSE yesterday from 2.0.19 to 2.0.20 but my game kept CTD on start up 
      So I went back to the 2.0.19
