In part 3 of this series I've finally found Fort Lower Heaven's Guest House with the "Satai Heaven" ring that teleports you to this house which is very central in the Mount Mor'Moth dungeon thus giving easy access to either the Ice dungeon or the Fort itself ...
This being said though I'm not so happy with its location in the Dragon Hall so in V13 I will change this and also give the Guest House a sewer connection with the submerged A'Qua Doe cave.
