So, in order to get the wolf trainer in Anvil to help me tame a wolf, I have to track down a red headed Bosmer male who the wolf trainer sold his wolf and his wedding ring to. Sadly, this is not where the quest ends, but is only another step to getting what I want. One amongst many!Afterwards, I go to Skingrad to find this Maglir, who defaulted on a Fighters Guild contract.
