I hate it when quests pop up at the beginning of the game so I made a few delayers for quests that do that. Quests delayed: Et in Arkay Ego, Heart of the Dead, The Forgotten Shields, Weapons Of The Nine, Lost Sword of the Ayleid, Gates To Aesgaard - Episode 1, Viconia Chapter One, Gift of Kynareth, Hoarfrost Castle, The Pale Adventurer.
