Restricted City Entrance forces criminals to actually think about what they\'re doing, not by making jail time worse or increasing fines, but by imposing city bans on the player. If you are arrested with too high bounty you are temporarily banned from the city and if you let your infamy go to high you can be permanently banned from cities.

Adjustable Bounty gives you the option of changing the bounties in the game to whatever you want.

This mod makes guard arrest NPCs and take them to jail instead of killing them whenever they commit a crime.

This mod adds proximity based sneak penalties to the game. Whenever you get too close to NPCs your sneak skill will take a hit, if you are right in front of them you will need some serious magic enchantments in order to stay hidden.

This is an update to Thingamajigs Broken Armor mod. It forces destroyed armor pieces to be unequipped, as weapons and shields are. The original only worked for the player, this update works for NPCs as well.
