Adds a small player home, especially suitable for the alchemist/druid/witch type character, in the Blackwood Marsh. This is not a blood, guts and body parts house, but a tasteful one. There are two versions, one Cobl and one non-Cobl.


Details
=======
It is a very tiny, snug and cozy home. This new 'modernised' version of the popular Mushroom Manor boasts a new building into which the outdoor toilet and bathtub have been moved. The new bathtub sports a healing and cleansing script along with splashing sound effects, AND you can sit in it without any extra animation mods. The main house, like the original, has alchemy facilities in the cellar, a patio over the water, a living and kitchen area, bedroom and study area and a green house. A few tiny pets to keep you company and a lot of safe storage. Speaking of pets, mind you don't step on Squeeks, that makes him upset.



The mod has been cleaned with TES4Edit and all meshes have been optimized with PyFFI 2.1.9


INSTALL

Manual Install
--------------
1. Extract this archive to any folder and then copy the contents to Oblivion's Data folder.
2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, and enable ONE ONLY of the .esp files.


OBMM Install
------------
1. Copy the OMOD to your \Oblivion\obmm\mods\ folder.
2. Start Oblivion Mod Manager.
3. Double-click the name of the mod in the right-hand side of the OBMM screen. (icon should turn blue)


BAIN Install
------------
1. Copy the package to your packages folder, and choose the core files and one plugin, depending on whether you use Cobl or not.
2. Install via Wrye Bash Installers tab




UNINSTALL
=========

Manual Uninstall
----------------
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the following files and folders from your \Oblivion\Data\ folder:
\Textures\Mushroommanor\
\Meshes\Mushroommanor\
\Sound\FX\Mushroommanor\
Mushroommanor.esp
MushroommanorCobl.esp


OBMM Uninstall
--------------
1. Start Oblivion Mod Manager.
2. Double-click the name of the mod in the right-hand side of the OBMM screen, click Yes. (icon should turn green)


BAIN Uninstall
--------------
1. Uninstall from Wrye Bash Installers tab.




Incompatibility
===============
This mod is INCOMPATIBLE with the original Mushroom Manor, and is meant as a replacement for it. Please uninstall the original before installing this.
