welkynd stones are batteries for magicka
this mod lets you use them without breaking them
as long as you have at least one stone with you youlle get a 100 pts bonus to magicka
the bonuses will not stack this is to represent you bieng able to only access one stone at once
version 2.0 now the effects stack
