About this mod

As of 5/16/2013 added New File containing 4 new Elven Textures and some Steel Armor that I\'m just testing. You may use those, just know these are just tests I\'m running as I can\'t handle the Steel Armor as well as I do the Elven type. This is a texture set for the Official Horse Armor Pack\'s Elven Armor with a Knight of the Nine theme.

Changelogs
An updated version named Horse Armor Textures with a KOTN theme Version 1.0 is now available

This updated version of the original Elven Horse Armor Mod v0.1, includes the textures for the Steel Armor also, therefore, I had to call it Horse Armor Textures with a KOTN theme Version 1.0. Version 1.0 offers new variables of the Elven Armor also.

The Main File contains the original textures; I've included them, in case you didn't download the first file which I will delete soon as there is no purpose in keeping it.

In the folder named Elven Armor you will find a Textures Variables folder wich contains:

1. Black Leather/Chainmail version of the textures
2. A Coarse White Textures set to replace the original as it looked kind of bland.
3. A White with Golden Trim version a friend requested.
4. A Reddish/Leather Texture which I find kind of neet.

The folder named Steel Horse Armor, contains a fresh texture for that set. That's all there is.

Enjoy.

Requirements:

Bethesda's Oficial Horse Armor Pack DLC.

Installation:

Just unpack the zip file to a temporary folder, examine the contents and chose your the variable of your choice, copy the .dds and _n.dds files of your chosen variable and drop those 2 files in your Oblivion\Data\Textures\Creatures\horse folder and answer yes to the copy and replace dialog. Make sure to back-up your existing elven or Steel armor textures first.

These are just textures so they should not be conflicting with anything other than changing the horse armor textures in game.
