Benirus Basement Expanded
this mod, for players who have bought and completed the quest associated with the Benirus Manor in Anvil makes the secret basement room a usable space and is suitable for panic rooms or secret evil hideouts. i've added a bunch of storage and lit it with candles for what amounts to a "almost darker than doom 3" feel.
i've left a bunch of empty shelves and weapon racks available if you feel like messing around to put your crazy loot on display.
more importantly it also includes a branching secret tunnel that leads outside the anvil city walls.
extract to oblivion\data\ to install (usually in c:\program files\bethesda softworks)
