This removes your ability to fast travel almost 100%. The only thing I didnt change was the message about not being able to fast travel. This is the lazy mans solution to a weak willed mans dilema. What it does is disable fast travel every frame weither in menumode or gamemode so its re enabled for any reason its disabled again the next frame. The

What it does is disable fast travel every frame weither in menumode or gamemode so its re enabled for any reason its disabled again the next frame. The only way to get fast travel back is to disable this mod and re enable it via console or wait for some game event to do it for you.
