Alternate Blood texture for Shadow_Dragyn's A Bloody Mess mod. Changed to have more of a splatter effect to it. Splatter Reduced has more of a realistic look. Also attempts to get rid of the blood that glows in the dark.
If you are running the game with HDR disabled, the blood will become faded and black unless you use No HDR version. Although using it will have a slight dull color and glow when in darkness.

There are two types of blood. Move the files inside Splatter or Splatter Reduced (not both) into.
...\Oblivion\Data\Textures\Effects\Bloody Mess
Recommend that you back up the files that are already in there first then replace it.
Notes: Blood Still glows though fog or other partial effects that have light. Blood will appear black and faint when viewed from the character menu.
