About this mod
This mod adds a basement door to all of the buyable houses in Tamriel. When you purchase a house and visit it, you will have access to Sanctuary Subterranus, a shared basement for all your houses. The basement gets better with each additional house that you purchase. You can only get to the basement from houses that you already own. Furthermore

The basement gets better with each additional house that you purchase. You can only get to the basement from houses that you already own. Furthermore, you can only travel from the basement to houses that you already own. So this mod makes sort of a nice fast travel system.
Finally, there are plenty of storage containers (that don't respawn). These containers are labeled to identify which items you should place into the container. It's a nice way to organize your stuff.
