Opaquan_lite_withshader.esp - more balanced abilities, no herbs in the temple (still has the changed shader)

Balances include:

-Weaker invisibility, now only 70% chameleon, increased magicka cost (40 for balanced 25 original) lasts only 30 sec instead of 60. (original still has 60 sec 90% chameleon)
-Removed herbs and stuff from the temple, robes still remain.
-NEW, the invisibility now includes stunted magicka for all versions, this keeps you from staying invisible forever.

General
============

Adds a new race blah blah blah... They are somewhat balanced but many would consider this to be a cheat race anyway, for reasons read the whole thing.

The Opaquans are a semi daedric race, banished long ago from the realm of Namira, their creator, into Mundus... the mortal world.
They are beings of shadow and darkness, they hide in dark places away from the sun. They fear sunligt since it drives away
the shadow and kills them. Allthough the Opaguans are neither good or evil they tend to feed on the souls of the recently dead
sometimes murdering innocent people and creatures to do this...

The Sanctuary
============

Called the Temple of Darkness, this is the main reason to consider this a cheat. The temple entrance can be found
Deep underwater in the Topal Bay, (approximately at the lower end of the "B" in "Bay", map included)

>No quick travel here! This place is worth the effort.
>A cool fountain from which you can receive a potion that will allow you to resist sun damage for 300 secs.
>Comfortable stone slabs to sleep on.
>Two Opaquan NPCs (sadly no dialogue so far) they have no use, they do nothing except sleep during the day
>Non-logical doors leading to inner chambers with even more stuff
>One way quick exit door which leads near the Tidewater Cave.
>Inner chambers with special enchanting and spellmaking altars and storage chests.
>A BIG variety of herbs are grown there, these include: Alkanet, Aloe Vera, Arrowroot, Blood Grass, Cairn Bolete, Ginseng,
Ladys Mantle, Ladys Smock, Lily of the Valley, Mana bloom, Monkshood, Morning Glory, Motherwort, Cinnabar Polypore,
Clouded funned cap, Dryads saddle polypore, Elf cup, emetic russula, Fly amanita, Green stain cup, green stain shelf,
steel blue entoloma, stinkhorn, summer bolete, tinder polypore, nightshade, sacred lotus, somnalius, tobacco, vipers burgloss,
water hyacinth and wisp stalks. Obviously, this is cheaty.

Other things, problems....

>I took the liberty of disabling the skin shader for the sun damage effect, It didn't work properly
anyway and it looked awful with the Opaquan... This might conflict with any mod changing this shader.
>I have experienced some fallthrough problems in the temple, especially when entering from the
Inner chambers, mostly Oblivion fixes this by itself, If it doesn't open the console and type
"coc nctempleofdarkness" and press enter.
>Sometimes the transparency effect looks weird on drained victims, the hair might look strange
but it's nothing to worry about... just another Bethesda bug, it's just ugly.
>This is the first Oblivion mod I've released... It might still have unknown bugs but I've tested it for a long time.
