Racial Text:
"Also known as "Teu'Tel'Quessir" in the lands of Faerûn, Moon Elves are skilled with the use of magic, stealth and sword. They have fair skin, tinged with blue, and hair of silver-white, black or blue. Their eyes are blue or green, often with golden flecks."
Stats:
Attributes (base 40):
+10 Agility, Intelligence and Luck
-10 Endurance, Strength and Willpower
Skills:
+10 Blade, Destruction, and Sneak
+ 5 Illusion, Light Armor and Restoration
Traits:
- Enhanced Magicka (Constant: 25 pts. self)
- Low-Light Vision (Lesser Power: Detect Life and Night-Eye. Self for 1 min.)
- Sleep Resistance (Constant: Resist Paralysis. 75 pts. Self)
