This is my first Oblivion Mod. The Dungeon can be located at the Anvil Dock near a rowboat underwater. It is a trapdoor to a small tunnel. It adds a dungeon, a new race (man-elves), some new weapons and a large treasure at the end. It is reasonably hard but I'm sure you'll manage.
By the way, if you see a note, READ IT! Because they are handy.

There is now an exit at the very end of the level.
Oh by the way, if you have any mods or dreams for Oblivion or Morrowind PLEASE EMAIL ME! I'll accept any ideas, i'll pursue those dreams!
