Its a verry simpel mod that anyone with the CS could make, but for the none-modders among us, here it is. ----What does it do?---- It takes 20% of all base spell cost. So spells will now cost less mana. ----Install---- Place the data file in the Oblivion data map. When you start Oblivion, click Data Files and check \"spells 20% less\"
