An offshoot of my Census and Excise faction work, This simple mod marks all skooma as belonging to the Imperial Watch, making them confiscate it when they catch you and preventing it from being sold apart from to fences. An offshoot of my Census and Excise faction work, This simple mod marks all skooma as belonging to the Imperial Watch, making them confiscate it when they catch you and preventing it from being sold apart from to fences.
Should be compatable with pretty much all other mods, as it changes no Cells, Items or pretty much anything else. Should even work with mods that change skooma. (unless they change the itemID for some reason.)
