Unpack this file to your oblivion dir overwriting the original NaturalEnvironments
data\meshes\NaturalEnvironments\sky\stars.nif
file
You'll still need to follow the directions on how unpack the size texture file you want to use in the New Nebular v2 readme to get the new texture working
