Added Realistic NPC's v1.0, a mod by Suhayl

I made this mod because it seemed to me like the cities in Vanilla Oblivion were kind of empty. They put in so many interesting things that the AI could do and it doesn't seem like the cities took full advantage of their great 'Radiant AI' system. So, I made this mod which adds NPC's to the cities, but keeps the realistic aspect because each NPC has a unique schedule, is named, and generally flows with the rest of the game. This only adds 4, and i hope to be able to add more to the other parts of the Imperial City, as well as some to the other cities.

Adds 4 NPC's to the Imperial City's Talos Plaza District. They are all very realistic,
much like the NPC's which Bethesda created themselves.
You might not even be able to tell which NPC's are added and which were already there.

You can ignore them completely and let them just add to the immersion of the game, or
if you choose to observe them, you will notice that each has a unique personality and
life. One Imperial Socialite wanders through the Talos Plaza and Arboretum, dining
out 6 days a week. Another is the wife of Helvo Atius, who cannot go outside because
of his feud with a rival clan. His wife does errands and travels to the Arboretum
once a week to get some fresh air, but most of the time keeps him company. A third,
a Nord, is a partially retired adventurer. She rests and prays in the Temple of
the One on most days, but 2 days a week she goes out adventuring to Forts in the
wilderness. The last is the wife of the bartender Ernest Manis from The Foaming
Flask. She rests most of the day, but also spends time to fetch some of the wine
he has kept in the basement, for the two of them to enjoy together. All of the
NPC's schedules do not interfere with Bethesda's other NPC's.

As far as I know, this mod should be compatible with all other mods,
unless they use some of the otherwise unused beds in which i have
assigned some of the NPC's to sleep in, or if they mess around with
the architecture of the Tiber Septim Hotel.
