DESCRIPTION:

This mod creates several mines around Cyrodill that you can buy from the registrar located in the main hall of the castle in Bruma. Once you buy the deed to the mine, you can employ workers and collect your earnings once every 7 days. Each worker you buy increases the amount of money that you can collect.

Extract the contents of the archive to your data folder. Activate the mod in the Oblivion launcher.

v1.52: Hadn't completely fixed 1 bug like I thought I had, anyways it's fixed now.

v1.51: Over 35 Bugs fixed. I went back and rewrote the code for the non dynamic mines to resemble the dynamic mines which seem to be working as intended. Also fixed numerous faulty conditions in dialogue. Removed a vine from plot 7 that was reported to have havok issues.

v1.50: Fixed the dynamic mines to update as intended instead of immediately.(hopefully!)

v1.22: Fixed the foreman in Plot 5 so that he functions as intended. Also solved a lighting issue that occured in pl0t 5, apparently linked to the foreman being Khajiit. Changed his race to High Elf. -Thanks to Kaul for inspiring me to work on this again

v1.21: Fixed an open wall in plot 3 -Thanks to MorningLord for pointing it out

v1.2: Added Plot 9 which is also a dynamic mine. Various stability fixes.

v1.15: Added onto plot 8 to make it grow a bit bigger. Also (hopefully) fixed several bug causing characters to fall into the void.

v1.1: Added the first dynamic (growing) mine. every few days the mine will get bigger as the miners push farther into the ground. (Note: this is still being worked on, there may be bugs present. Also note that the dynamic mine lays in Plot 8.)
