Masardi Ulem adds a well furnished ayleid-based hall into the Arcane University. Masardi Ulem includes --2 large and luxuriously decorated additional rooms for storage -- portals to other areas of Cyrodiil such as Chorrol, Sadavar Leed, Cheydinhal, Anvil and Bravil. -- There is an alchemy garden with respawning chests with random alchemy ingr

Masardi Ulem adds a well furnished ayleid-based hall into the Arcane University. Masardi Ulem includes
--2 large and luxuriously decorated additional rooms for storage
-- portals to other areas of Cyrodiil such as Chorrol, Sadavar Leed, Cheydinhal, Anvil and Bravil.
-- There is an alchemy garden with respawning chests with random alchemy ingredients
-- 15 display cases to show off your weapons and other goodies.
-- An ayleid well for you to ready yourself for battles.
-- Has easter eggs to look for.
-- 20 or so chests, wardrobes and drawers for storage are set to belong to the player (except for those in Mevra and the gold and silver veins.)
-- Also includes a fast travel spot outside of the Dark Brotherhood for the sake of making the quest line easier.
The entrance to Masardi needs a key which is in the display case of the university lobby.This is my first official mod so plz post any feedback and any rates.
Note: If you have the mod that adds travellers to the game, they may pop up into the rooms. Other than that I don't know of any other problems. If you do use this mod in other projects some credit would be nice.
DO NOT BOTHER TRYING TO REMOVE THE GRAND VARLA STONE as it is strictly for decoration.
Enjoy finding some of the items that I hid with fair enchantments and also the Lich summoning Lich!
