Version 1.0 Playable but also serves as a modders resource

This mod adds 10 Player Owned Trading locations, to Cyrodiil with no new textures and from what I've found so far no conflicts.

You recieve a levelled income from your half ownership. Yes, you now really can invest in a shop and get returns on it. I have checked this mod with low, medium and high level characters and your income builds as your character developes
This version includes 3 merchants and 2 Company horses.

This is a very clean mod as I started modding by trying to clean up some very dirty ones. The only respawning containers are those that are Identified as Not for Personal Storage..The items in those containers are however free to take and do respawn so visit them every 3 to 4 days.

No buildings or items are in conflict with the Vanilla version..While I have not found direct conflicts with other mods..I'm sure with there being over 4000 mods available, some will surface

No permission is needed to use this mod however you like. A Thanks to Old dog would be cool but not necessary.

I am looking forward to seeing what others do with it as I have intentionally left it wide open for use by any faction.

Known non-conflicting mods, Toaster says Share, RS Kvatch Aftermath, Knights of the white Stallion, Tamriel Travellers, Housewives, Imperial furniture, Kobayashi's mods, Mages Guild Portal, any mod that changes the player houses, All in one basement, Grolfs mods, eshme's mods, Buddah Mansion, Mark and Recall, Pack Horses, Portable campsite, Reznod's mannequins, Snow Dragon temple, ZA bank mod plus 80 to 90 other mods that I have running........

Load it up and check it with your mods...Let me know if you find conflicts or bugs that are showing up. All mods are not compatible but I'm attemting to put out a clean mod that everyone can use without worrying about loosing items, data or time. THX in Advance
