I really disliked the horrendous sounds Bethesda made for the lich. Sounds like he had something stuck in his throat. Bored, I converted/modified some sounds from Neverwinter Nights and ended up redoing most of the sounds for the Lich, Wraith and some for the Ghost. I then decided to replace most of the casting and hit sounds with what I thought was appropriate.
I take no credit for the original sounds, again I just converted/messed around with some pre-existing ones. Perhaps if you like it I'll release a version with incantations or something. Anyhow, enjoy my first publicly realeased mod for Oblivion :)
INSTALLATION: Just drop in your Oblivion folder, everything should extract to the proper place. It would appear that an archiveinvalidation.txt isn't necessary, although I haven't tested that theory. All the same, you might want to run OBMM.
