This mod makes Destruction,Conjuration and other magic schools increase faster. It adds 2x to each
skill and it makes them increase faster. Example Restoration\'s was 0.6000 and i made it 12.0000.
If i would do this 0.6000 - 0.1200, that would be a complete disaster, decreasing the levelling rate.
