It was 2006, I was 20 years old, no programming skills, created this mod becase no one did a mod exactly how I wanted. I couldl probably do it way better now, but back then 90% of the mods everywhere were just hard edits!
Anyone know how well would this synergize with Syclonix's Hear no Evil - mod? Sounds like these could complement each other at best but also conflict with each other
bethesda messed oblivion up the stealth kills and crime they should have made oblivion stealth like they did in morrowind and skyrim meaning stealth should become work with the sneak skill If you are sneaking and stealth kill then there should be no bounty unfortunately oblivion skills are mostly worthless.
"If there's no one that close to you, you won't get bounty XD" I still get bounty even if NONE is around. I am out in the wildness with an random npc , i slay him and get bounty.Why?
good idea, i mean i swear those guards must sense a disturbence in the force or something if you commit a crime. i once stole something from the fighters guild, with no witnesses, walk outside, and BAM! arrested.
I can't comment on this file yet but it seems much a simpler solution than Reneer's wider scoped mod. Reneer's for some people's mod list causes big problems....unfortunately I am one of the some people. So downloading now and crossing my fingers.

So if you don't want those values overriden - recreate new plugin with only "iCrimeAlarmRecDistance=100"..
(And no I wont make change or fixes, I took an arrow to the sciatic nerve and gave up on my elderscrolling days)
