These mods were created as a response to the following post in the OOO Official Release Thread:

StanRex: "Oh , and there s quite a bit of a balance problem when using OOO with mighty magick btw. I hope one of the two parties will solve it cause atm :

either you load MM skills esp after OOO, and get the MM skills advancement rate, which was balanced for Vanilla. Meaning you get a skill enhancement in magic related skills ten times faster than other skills ^^

Or you use the OOO skills rate. But doing so results in magic skills advancing ten times slower than other skills ^^ Cause I think mighty magick increased skill rates advancement since you "shot" less spells to achieve the same results because of the "mighty". And since now, well, you keep shooting less spells, but you still get the OOO advance rate, your magic skills go up like snails ^^

It would be cool if someone knew a trick to get proper increase rates for those "mighty" magic skills, balanced with the OOO increase rate."

To address this problem, I did the following:

1. Calculated the changes between vanilla skill rates and OOO's skill rates, then applied those same changes to Mighty Magick's skill rate values for all magic schools.
2. Used Bofra's Level_Rates_Modified calculators and applied those changes to Mighty Magick's skill rate values.

The result is a pack of .esp's that match the Level_Rate_Modified .esp's bundled with OOO, and another .esp that reflects OOO's skill rate changes with the Mighty Magick rate changes incorporated.

INSTALLATION:

IF YOU ARE USING BOFRA'S LEVEL RATES MODIFIED BUNDLED WITH OOO:
Load OOO first, then Mighty Magick-Skills.esp, then the appropriate Level Rates Modified (MM FIX).esp corresponding to the Bofra's .esp you are using.

IF YOU ARE USING OOO'S DEFAULT RATE CHANGES:
Load OOO first, then Mighty Magick-Skills.esp, then OOO Skill Rates (MM FIX).esp

IF YOU ARE USING LRM_GENERIC.ESP OR VANILLA_SKILL_RATES.ESP:
Load OOO, then either LRM_Generic or Vanilla_Skill_Rates, then Mighty Magick-Skills.esp
