Once a promising student at the Arcane University, Laughs-At-Spells was swiftly demoted after accidentally launching a fireball at a senior guild member during a practical exam - while laughing.
Now stuck in the Bravil Mages Guild as a cautionary tale, he spends his time cracking jokes, dodging responsibility, and occasionally proving he’s not completely useless in a fight.
Despite his reputation, he's got talent; just not much restraint.
You can find Laughs on the 2nd floor of the Bravil Mages Guild - a place which you cannot enter so easily if you don't join the guild, so I suggest doing that first. Laughs is part of the Mages Guild faction, so he can provide accurate rumors and will share relevant conversations with other NPCs. He is of the Magician rank, as he was demoted from Warlock after the incident.
His spells are a large-yet-mixed bag. He can range from being very powerful to completely useless.
