The Lord(in my opinion) has always been an underperforming birthsign in Oblivion, it gave you a decent Healing Spell for early~ game at the cost of a Debuff, it wasn't the worst, but it was just plain mediocre.
When Oblivion Remastered came out they changed the Birthsign and turned it into an extremely solid and viable option, this mod aims to replicate that by making it equivalent to the Remastered version.
If you're using a save that already has The Lord, the new effects will be retroactively added after a few seconds of loading your save, so no fiddling around is needed.
