Summon a bluish Will-o-wisp to light the road or support you in battle.

Slightly based on Riair's mod, (that uses the blue will o wisp textures and meshes from Jcd13).
but with completely new scripting/mechanic.
now:
-You can learn a spell to summon it from a book placed in every Mages guild hall ("Introduction to Conjuring"). Something like this was needed for immersion to mages characters.
-Brighter, now can light your way.
-Better following.
-Balanced attacks.
-you can summon more than one (far more).
