A tiny mod to fix (broken) stats due to certain mods/custom races

I downloaded a race mod on LL (yeah yeah yeah I know) and it came with a zero strength bug. I really like the race, but console commands and in-game restore attribute items did not work on raising strength above zero. Even leveling did not raise strength. So, I spent more time looking for a fix (super niche bug) than it took to download and figure out it was broken. I scoured the internet, googled for hours to find this fix lol. There had to be someone other than me with this! And finally found someone who did lol.
Now one can level up strength and it works normally as it should. It does give +5 to all attributes, so it could be seen as a cheat, but its more aimed at fixing a very niche bug that only two people I know (me included) seem to have had. Maybe someone else ran into this though and will find it useful.

Forli for the bug fix back in 2009. The only other one in existence that had this weird issue. There never was a mod made for it, probably because its...so niche lol. Except its player.modav not player.modav2 as that command seems to have been removed at some point (at least it doesn't exist for me).
If this works for you and you too had the most niche bug of oblivion, you can freely turn the esp off after making your character as it remains.
Also the mod banner came from an MMO I was trying, doesn't really have anything to do with this mod but I thought it was funny. Also it kinda works for such a niche bug (flying cow and all xD). But nexus needs a header image I guess and I didn't have anything better.
