This add paintings that can be hung on walls using Oblivion Display and Organization System. The painting are equipped like shields and be hung on walls in spots designated for shield in mod that use Oblivion Display and Organization System. This mod add the system to vanilla player homes Player Home Displays (ODOS)
This is modders resources for The Elder Scrolls IV : Oblivion only and can not be ported to other games. There is an example esp that adds generic paintings to Jensine's "Good as New" Merchandise. The esp doesn't require Oblivion Display and Organization System to look at the paining. You will only need Oblivion Display and Organization System if you want to hang them on the wall.
