Extract and replace the files in the “\Oblivion\Data\Textures\” directory, or install via MOD Organizer
"Note: Make a backup of your files if you don't like dot_Crosshair"

Delete and place your original files (backup) or just replace them, If you installed it via mod organizer, just right-click on the mod and select remove mod.
