I made this plugin a few years ago and I hope it helps anyone who has the same problem. While exploring Fort Nikel I noticed that some NPCs were holding torches without Mesh files (WTF!? I'm a missing Mesh!), but not all of them were like this, so using the “RefScope” mod I identified the file in question that was missing and made this plugin.

I don't remember exactly where I downloaded my game, but the original file is called “The Elder Scrolls 4 repack Mr DJ_ Original+DLCs”, the Armor horse DLC came with a problem (No mesh or texture file, just the plugin) and it may be that this other problem with the torches is from this TES4 in question, when I used RefScope I discovered the file that was missing the mesh of some torches would be "UsedForRadiusOnlyTemp" (LIGH:000AC876). This plugin simply replaces the “UsedForRadiusOnlyTemp” file, which has no mesh and releases a small red light, for a traditional game torch, if you are experiencing the same problem this is the solution.
