I made this plugin a few years ago and I hope it helps anyone who has the same problem. While exploring Fort Nikel I noticed that some NPCs were holding torches without Mesh files (WTF!? I'm a missing Mesh!), but not all of them were like this, so using the “RefScope” mod I identified the file in question that was missing and made this pluguin

I'm a missing Mesh!), but not all of them were like this, so using the “RefScope” mod I identified the file in question that was missing and made this plugin.
When I used RefScope I discovered the file that was missing the mesh of some torches would be "UsedForRadiusOnlyTemp" (LIGH:000AC876). This plugin simply replaces the “UsedForRadiusOnlyTemp” file, which has no mesh and releases a small red light, for a traditional game torch, if you are experiencing the same problem this is the solution.
Just throw it in the “Data” folder or install it via the Mod Organizer, use "Loot" to load order and Rebuild The Bashed Patch in (Merge plugin into Bashed Patch) "Wrye Bash".
