About this mod
Revamps Dareloth's House and adds a new fence with base 3,000 gold, as well as a few nifty features. Only the containers in the Guildmaster's Quarters are safe - everything else respawns! NOTE: retrieve all items stored in Dareloth's House before installing this mod - all containers have been replaced.

Features:
- New (respawning) fence with 3,000 gold
- Lots of display cases
- An enchanted anvil where you can freely repair items
- An orb of recharging to recharge enchanted items for free
- A teleportation spell that allows you to warp to Dareloth's House (activate the orb of teleportation in the guildmaster's quarters to acquire this spell)
- An alchemical station
- Safe containers (ONLY the containers in the Guildmaster's Quarters are safe - everything else respawns!)
- Lots and lots of books, upper class furniture, clutter etc.
