Jyggalag Touch of Order spell is now available to players. "S'rendar" a beggar Khajiit offers the spell in the Market District within the Imperial City.

Brief Summary
Jyggalag Touch of Order spell is now usable to the player when obtaining it from S'rendar the Spoiled in the Market District. It works just like the Touch of Order spell except the visual effect is slightly different. The spell is enchanted with 5% 'Weakness to Normal Weapons' on touch. S'rendar has a loose schedule, therefore he is seen reading in a grass alleyway just next to The Merchants Inn from 5am-8pm. After hours, he is seen drinking next the Merchant's Inn entrance from 8pm-12am. He isn't bartering between his drinking hours.
