This mod stops you from being able to punch ghosts (and Will-O-The-Wisps) at Journeyman (50) Hand to Hand skill.
When you get in punching range to ANY ghost (except ghosts that are allied/friendly toward you), you will be afflicted with a spell that cannot be removed (until you run away, or the ghost is dead) which decreases your Hand to Hand skill by 60 if your Hand to Hand Skill is at or above 50. I found a decrement of 60 should suffice to account for any buffs you may have that bring your Hand to Hand Skill over 100. When you move away from any enemy ghosts, the spell is removed.
Also, this mod makes most ghosts and wisps (except Summons, mainly) stay invisible until they enter combat. When out of combat, they will turn invisible again.
This mod no longer touches any Vanilla Records besides two: the WillOWisp (AbWillOWispResistances) and Ethereal Undead (AbUndeadEtherealResist) abilities.
So far, this mod only works for the player. I will eventually find a way to make this work well for any NPCs that would be fighting ghosts unarmed with over 50 h2h skill, although I don't think there's many in vanilla.
