Culling, shadows, water shader, and POM are all I care about. So here are my quickly gutted Oblivion Reloaded configs, I guess.
I find that ORC performs better. Maybe it's culling is more aggressive or something. Idk.

Q: Why?
A: I'm lazy and want this posted for later use, but figured someone else just want the same couple things enabled too, so did Nexus instead of Dropbox.
Q: ORC support?
A: The proper term is "Orsimer," and yes. It's based on the Reign Of The Septims guide's config, with a few options tweaked, mostly just to turn on the equivalent features as I did for the OR v10 config.
Q: Custom version with X Y Z setting enabled/disabled, please?
A: Nah I'm not the guy to ask. I'm too lazy to maintain any extra versions.
