Requirements
Permissions and credits
Adds more powerful versions of weapons, armor, tomes, alchemy tools, and enchantments acquired via regular looting with respect to your level.

The goal of this mod is to add new tiers of powerful items to the game instead of having the game stagnate around level 25-30+ You can find the more powerful items only from looting chests in dungeons. The items are rare so you may have to grind a lot. Weapons and armor models and textures are based on vanilla with different names (EG: Iron Warhammer -> Deepstone Warhammer, etc...) some of the unique items also appear as unenchanted with higher stats (eg: more powerful umbra with no enchantment, etc...)

::: Where can I find the items?:::
Chests in dungeons. Boss chests have a greater chance of spawning high tier gear, but even so, the items are rare.

::: Weapons :::
Increase in damage, durability, and value with each tier.

::: Armor :::
Increase in armor, durability, and value with each tier.

::: Tomes :::
Tomes contain powerful spells that can't be acquired via spellmaking, like a shock spell that does 175 damage over 0 seconds (instant and higher damage than any other spell in the game). There are more powerful spells for other things but not limited to Controlling weather, making black soul gems, daedric staff spells, reanimate, every element damage with touch/ranged/AoE version for each, high level demoralize/calm/control etc... These spells cost more magicka so you'll need one of the more powerful magicka increasing items (jewel or caster amulet) to be able to use them effectively.

::: Alchemy Tools (Apparatus) :::
There are several tiers of new apparatus available that can make more powerful potions.

::: Enchantments :::
The enchantments can be applied to weapons and armor via enchanted jewels (they work like sigil stones). These can be found at low levels and can scale with you up to level 44. I like this implementation bc it gives you the freedom to make items that are suited to your tastes and it saves me from having to make TONS of enchanted version of every item 🙂

Since some of these jewels introduce enchantments that are very expensive to recharge, varla stones are added to loot as soul gems become impractical.

::: Other additions :::
There are a couple of jewels you can find and equip to either emit light, or give you nighteye. They aren't equipped to clothing or armor slots so you can use one instead of a torch.

There are some amulets you can find to increase your magicka dramatically so that you can cast higher level spells. They work by using the enchantment 'Fortify Magicka Multiplier' which basically multiplies your base magicka without regards to any enchantments which add magicka.

Because these amulets are amazing and only for mages, I added powerful amulets for jumping (speed and acrobatics) and warriors (health, fatigue, reflect damage) as well.

::: Compatibility :::
I'd recommend not using this mod with any other loot mod bc I dumped the new items into leveled lists and dumped the lists into dungeon chests. If another mod changes dungeon chests, you will have a compatibility issue.

::: Closing considerations :::
Please note these items are rare and you must be high level to find them. I'd say everything is fairly balanced considering the way enemies scale in the game,  but there is potential to feel godly after many many hours of grinding dungeons. I chose to end gear scaling after level 44 bc that is roughly the max level you can reach without prison exploitation. I find prison farming cheesy and I don't see it as valuable for this mod.

 I'll include a spreadsheet and some notes I used to make this mod in case anyone is interested in the item details. Just know these documents are technical and maybe not easy to read. If you are really curious about the new items and how they are added, you could try and read through everything in the cs or TES4Edit

Have fun!
