Fall damage is normally set to 0.2 seconds in Oblivion regardless of your Acrobatics skill. As your skill increases and you jump higher, it becomes harder and harder to avoid fall damage rather than your character becoming able to take longer falls as well as jump higher. This mod solves the issue by letting higher Acrobatics = longer fall time.

Fall time is simply set to (Acrobatics skill / 100). So 100 skill = 1 second of fall time, 255 skill = 2.55 seconds, 0 skill = 0 seconds.
Despite how it may seem, going lower than the default 0.2 seconds doesn't really seem to change the time to take fall damage noticeably, so 0.2 may be as low as it goes even if the setting/skill is lower. So getting your skill drained to 0 isn't going to cause you to take damage walking down stairs or anything like that.
