I really liked Teenk's Darker Nights mod, but was sad when I learned it didn't work in Morroblivion. So I made my own. (Not affiliated with Teenk's mod.)

Changelogs
Version 1.0
Four flavors of ambient awesome. :)
Version 1.0.1 - Exactly the same .esp files, but without the folders of screenshots I forgot to remove lol
I really liked Teenk's Darker Nights mod, but was sad when I learned it didn't work in Morroblivion. So I made my own.
Comes in four flavors: 1) Less Dark - More ambient nights while maintaining vanilla-esque visability. 2) Balanced - Brights nights with clearer skies, but visibility decreases as weather condition does. 3) Darker - Less visibility regardless of weather condition. 4) Pitch Black - Hope you like torches :)
This should be a pretty plug and play mod; download the one you want and drop it into your Data folder. Or, if you use a mod manager, download all four and see which one you like best! NOTE: If you use Oblivion Reloaded, or anything that affects weather, you will either need to mess with the load order (which I admittedly didn't try), or more likely, you need to disable weather options in order for it to work.
Also note that I have literally zero mod experience of any kind prior to this, and this was a personal project (that took days of me slamming my smooth-brain head against the wall) to get this to work. I'm not going to be very good at troubleshooting any issues, so I hope this works for you guys :3
